- Contact and quote form submissions: Up to 24 months in our database
- Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
- AI chat conversations: Messages are sent to our AI provider to generate each reply and are not stored in our database as a permanent chat log. If you provide contact details and ask us to follow up, that information is emailed to our team and retained in line with other enquiries
- Rate-limiting data: Short-lived identifiers (such as IP address or email) used by Upstash to prevent abuse, typically expiring within hours
- Analytics data: Retained by Google and Vercel according to their respective policies
